Medical Check Up
Health examinations for workers in the implementation of occupational safety are regulated under the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. Per.02/MEN/1980. The Company routinely conducts both special and periodic health examinations for all employees. These examinations aim to assess the impact of specific jobs on workers or certain groups of workers. Special health examinations include tests such as Cholinesterase (CHE) tests, spirometry, and audiometry, conducted according to the employee’s job-related risks. Periodic health examinations are intended to maintain the health status of employees after they have assumed their job roles, as well as to detect any potential work-related health impacts as early as possible so that preventive measures can be taken. These periodic health examinations are carried out once a year for all employees.
